CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL - PAYMENT METHOD

The general rights and obligations regarding the digital service being offered for sale are as follows:

1. The buyer is subject to the relevant provisions in line with the main purposes of the Distance Contracts Regulation and the Law on the Consumer Protection regarding the digital service purchased.

2. Anyone who purchases electronic service through our company's digital education platform is deemed to have accepted the Distance Sales Agreement.

3. Each purchased service is defined by the user ID created by the buyer on the platform, after the sale is approved. The buyer, who cannot find the right to access the digital content despite the sale, has the right to terminate the contract.

4. When the sale status of the service offered for sale ceases, the situation must be notified to the buyer within 3 days and the total price must be paid to the buyer within 15 days.

5. The buyer has no right to access digital content in any way without paying for the service purchased. If the buyer later cancels the sale in the bank records, the seller's obligation to make the service available is eliminated.

6. In cases where it is determined that the credit or debit card used by the buyer as a payment tool for digital services is used by unauthorized persons and the necessary payment is not made to the seller by the relevant financial institution, the seller has the right to close the access to the said services and take legal action.

7. In the event that the service cannot be delivered to the buyer in cases out of control, which is considered as force majeure, the buyer is immediately informed. In this case, upon the use of the right to cancel the service purchased by the buyer, it is deposited to the payment side within 15 days.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Taking into account the Article 15/ğ of the Regulation on Distance Contracts and Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 6502, there is no right of return or withdrawal of the digital service pursuant to the provision of "contracts regarding services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer". The Buyer is deemed to have read, understood and accepted the information on the right of withdrawal mentioned in the Distance Sales Agreement before purchasing the service.

BUYER'S DEFAULT STATUS

The buyer is solely responsible for all liabilities that may arise with the bank in case of default after paying for the service purchased by credit card. Considering all the costs and conditions that will arise as a result, the buyer has to cover the unfair damage suffered by the seller.

PAYMENT METHOD

Through our platform, you can perform the digital education service you have chosen with your Credit-Debit Card or by using the Money Transfer/EFT method in one go or in instalments.

Your access to the services will be defined to you immediately after you confirm the payment transaction.
